Today, we introduce you to two of our most valuable ladies, Muck and Scoop.
Meet Muck
Muck, a formidable four-and-a-half-ton Kubota, is a force to be reckoned with. With her imposing stature and robust build, she’s the epitome of strength and reliability. Named for her tendency to leave a trail of earth and debris in her wake,Muck is a character as much as she is a machine. Despite her size, she possesses surprising agility, thanks to her tracked design, making her ideal for navigating our hilly terrain. Equipped with a versatile bucket capable of digging, lifting, and even leveling, Muck is an indispensable asset in maintaining our retreat.
While Muck is our powerhouse, Scoop is the detail-oriented craftsman. A skid steer with a history as rich as ours, Scoop has been a cornerstone of Gymea since our early days. We’ve poured countless hours into mastering her intricacies, and her precision is unmatched. From digging trenches to clearing stubborn weeds, Scoop is the go-to for delicate earthmoving tasks. Her ability to work with the land’s contours rather than against them aligns perfectly with our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Unfortunately, Scoop is currently sidelined due to a mechanical issue. It’s a painful reminder of how reliant we are on our machinery. We’re eagerly awaiting her return, and we’re confident she’ll be back to her old self in no time.
